Job Vacancy: Deputy Town Clerk

Haverfordwest Town Council is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and flexible individual as Deputy Town Clerk to pay a key role in the future development of the Council. Ideally you should have experience of budgets, finance and the administration of meetings, possess excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to work as part of a small team to help deliver the Council’s strategic plan. Training will be provided for the successful candidate where necessary.

The Town Council provides a wide range of services and amenities including a sports pavilion, a community centre and Cemeteries. 

Salary NJC SCP 24-28 £33,024- £36,648 pa for 37.5 hours per week

Town Council Offices, The Old Wool Market, Quay Street, Haverfordwest SA61 1BG          

Monday to Friday 9am -5pm
