Emergency building repairs
Alternative Route
Dark Street is one way in a westbound direction. The alternative route for traffic will be via Mary Street, Mariners Square, Barn Street and Perrot Avenue.
The one way order affecting Dark Street will be temporarily suspended for the duration of the works to enable limited two way traffic flow to properties.
The restrictions imposed by this notice will not apply to those vehicles associated with the works, emergency service vehicles or vehicular access to affected properties where practicable and will only apply during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs.
It is anticipated that this closure will be completed within timeframe stated above, however, this notice may continue in force for a period not exceeding 21 days, after which time its provision maybe extended by another notice under the same act if necessary.
Pedestrian access will be maintained for the duration of the closure.
