The aim of ‘My Account’ is to save people time and for them to be able to contact in a way that suits them, 24/7.

It’s been six years since Pembrokeshire County Council first launched My Account, and it’s now time for a review of the service.

Pembrokeshire County Council would like to hear from customers that are users of ‘My Account’ to see what they like/don’t like about it and what could be provided in the future, and non-users to see if there is anything can be provided to encourage them to use it, and ask that users and non-users complete the following survey.  An English and Welsh version is available.

Pembrokeshire County Council are trying to reach as many people as possible to make sure that ‘My Account’ continues to be an invaluable service, and hope that locals will encourage others to complete the survey and have their say.
